Introducing our 12-Week Comprehensive Program, a transformative journey that guides you meticulously through the essential adjustments required to assist you in achieving your weight-loss objectives. We firmly believe that weight loss extends far beyond mere calorie counting, food scales, and sweating it out in the gym; it’s about making tangible, lasting alterations to not only your physical appearance but also your mindset and emotional well-being. It’s a holistic approach to achieving sustainable and enduring change in your life. Throughout this program, you’ll gain a deep understanding of how to attain your goals, and more importantly, you’ll develop the desire and commitment to maintain these newfound changes for the long term. We’re here to empower you with the tools and knowledge needed to make lasting, positive transformations in every aspect of your life.

Laying the Foundation for Transformative Change:  Tools and Techniques                         Week #1-4

First, I will listen closely to your story and your experience with weight loss. Based on your past experiences, we will decide on a food plan and a tracking method that is comfortable and manageable for you. This will form the foundation for the rest of the program. Next, we will explore the food plan and how to plan/prep for it each week to start on your goal. During our coaching sessions each week, we will look at the previous week’s goals and explore what worked for you and what did not. We will build on each week’s success and make changes in technique, habits and the food plan as needed to continue building a strong foundation for your weight-loss success.

Understanding: Mastering Mindset      Week #5-8

                      Clear Vision: Increasing Momentum toward your Goal

As you move toward your goal, we will continue using and adjusting your weight-loss strategies.  We will evaluate the goals completed, renew and change weekly goals based on your individual needs and circumstances.   Through our weekly one-hour coaching conversations, powerful assessments and exercises, we will work to build a life-giving, wellness mind-set with carefully thought-out action steps that further cement your changes.

“Second Nature: The Ripple Effect”       Weeks #9-12

                              Reaching Your Goal and Goal Durability

During the last four weeks of our sessions, we will develop a solid plan for your weight Goal Durability that fits you! Taking your life-style and circumstances into focus, we will identify measurable accountability, triggers for getting off balance and plans to comfortably stay on track and enjoy everyday life. Upon your final goal achievement-you will have a whole journal of YOUR weight-loss journey-a reflection of your incredible growth!   And who knows this may spark new dreams and goals in your life!

My Success Journal

Receive your SUCCESS JOURNAL for the first week of the program once you sign-up for coaching!  Working through various weeks of the 3-Step Change Program- you will build a wealth of knowledge and insight into your thoughts, obstacles and solutions to your weight-loss goal.  This journal will be a great resource for you now and in years to come-and you may even envision new goals as you go along your journey!
